Yoga

The power yoga class focuses on the proper execution of poses and salutations and builds physical strength, flexibility, and balance. All bodily systems are stimulated and improved. The whole body is stimulated, from the blood circulations to the heart and breathing – all in a positive way that enhances that will make you feel energetic, alert, calm and grounded.
