Hi, I’m Evalinde! I have been dancing at the Leiden Ballet & Theater School since I was four and six. After having danced with great pleasure during the preliminary training for nine years, I went to Barcelona for three months after obtaining my VWO diploma to continue dancing there. I followed a jazz education there and also learned flamengo. In 2017-2018 I studied in Ireland, where I was allowed to participate in the Dance Intervarsities (dance competition between all universities in Ireland) with jazz, contemporary and mixed piece (all dance styles). We came in second and third!
I study Educational Sciences and Juvenile Law, so I love working with children. I teach toddler and preschool dance and I think it is especially important that they enjoy moving in my class.
