Yogilates

After tuning in with your mind, heart, and body, Marieke gently guides you from one movement to the next. The focus is on connecting your breath with the movements you make, and delving into the sensations of what you are doing and what happens to you as you move.

We work on openness and flexibility, as well as strengthening your core. Without a strong core, there is no connection in movement. As the class draws to a close, we gradually shift towards calmness and relaxation, always ending with a soothing final relaxation.

With a balanced blend of yoga, Pilates, and a touch of modern dance technique, this class is delightful for both dancers and non-dancers alike!
